At Custom One Renovation, we love helping clients reimagine their homes with beautifully remodeled spaces. When a Woodbury, MN family reached out about giving their home a much-needed refresh, we were happy to help! We teamed up with Tim Johnson Architects and Interior Impressions to redesign the owner’s bedroom and ensuite, second bathroom, and laundry and mudroom.

While this home had a lot of promise, the homeowners felt like the layout was never quite right. The layout of each newly remodeled room was reconfigured to make the best use of the space, and it made all the difference! With elegant design details and luxurious finishes, we’re confident the homeowners will love their remodeled home for years to come.

A few of our favorite details include the vaulted ceiling beams in the owner’s bedroom, the inviting soaking tub in the ensuite, and ample storage space in the laundry and mudroom!

Today, we’re excited to share a glimpse inside this stunning home in our Royal Club community in Lake Elmo, Minnesota! We originally planned to feature this home during the upcoming Spring Parade of Homes tour. However, those plans changed at the last minute when some lovely clients recently purchased it!

While our team is disappointed you all can’t explore everything in person during the Parade, we’re thrilled for the new homeowners. Plus, we were able to take photos of the interior before the model sold, so you can still take a virtual tour of this incredible home. Scroll below to take a look!

2021 was another year of growth for Custom One Charities!
