Chad, Custom One Exterior Specialist worked with two assessors to make sure that the true value of the shingles was represented in the assessment, even after the assessment was completed Chad submitted the shingle for analysis to prove that the shingles were a higher class and was able to get a second payout.  Chad patiently reviewed our choices for new shingles and advised on best option.  He also made sure that the project would start on the promise date and that the crew would maintain a high standard of install and clean up.
