As we near the end of 2022, our team is reminiscing about the highlights of our year. This past year was filled with fantastic clients, new developments, incredible projects, and our favorite home tours.

Spring Parade of Homes
Our spring kicked off with the annual Twin Cities Spring Parade of Homes! Our team was thrilled to share three stunning parade homes and our up-and-coming Eagleview luxury villa community in Savage, MN. We loved connecting with visitors during the tour and hearing their feedback on our work!
Stunning Home at The Royal Club
In March, we shared a glimpse inside this stunning home in our Royal Club community in Lake Elmo, Minnesota! We originally planned to feature this home during the Parade of Homes; however, those plans changed at the last minute when some lovely clients purchased it!
Elegant Woodbury Renovation
At Custom One Renovation, we love helping clients reimagine their homes. When this Woodbury family reached out about giving their home a much-needed refresh, we were happy to help! We teamed up with Tim Johnson Architects and Interior Impressions to redesign the owner’s bedroom, ensuite, second bathroom, laundry room, and mudroom.
Best Builder for Six Years Running
In July, our team was grateful to be named Best Builder by Woodbury Magazine voters for the 6th year in a row. What an incredible honor! We’re still so thankful to every voter who chose us, our dear clients who support us, and our innovative team whose dedication makes our success possible. We love being a part of Woodbury and look forward to serving you for many years to come!
Fall Parade of Homes
In the autumn, we showcased three spectacular new homes during the Fall Parade of Homes. From a walk-out villa in Eden Prairie to a cozy Woodbury rambler to a luxury villa in Savage, each model was a unique offering designed with intentionality. As always, we enjoyed chatting about all things home-building with our lovely visitors!
New Neighborhoods
We pride ourselves on providing our clients access to some of the Twin Cities’ most beautiful neighborhoods in sought-after communities. Custom One Landscaping Lookbook
Landscaping may be the last element completed on most homes, but there’s no denying its magic! It’s the finishing touch that complements beautiful architecture. We love helping our clients design and create stunning outdoor spaces for playing together, enjoying nature, and making memories.
Kitchens Fit for Holiday Hosting
From cooking meals to baking cookies and everything in between, the kitchen is command central during the holidays. It doesn’t matter if you’re planning, prepping, or hosting; everyone always seems to gravitate to the kitchen. After all, that is where all the delicious food is!
Custom One Charities
2022 was another busy year for Custom One Charities! From partnering with local schools to supporting respected philanthropic organizations, we’re on a mission to build generosity and craft kindness. Over the summer, we had a blast hosting our annual golf tournament. In Feburary, we look forward to partying with a purpose with our friends at The Mix, our annual fundraising gala.
