Pam Kosanke25 days ago5 stars doesn’t quite capture how much we loved working with Custom One! Custom One recently completed our porch, and it has become our favorite room in the entire house. What started out feeling a little like “Mission Impossible” turned into a space we absolutely love — thanks to their creativity, craftsmanship, and willingness to find solutions when we weren’t sure there was a way forward. They even submitted the project for an award, which made us smile because we think it deserves one! What really stood out was how much they cared. From design through production and all the many decisions in between, their team was thoughtful, thorough, disciplined, and incredibly communicative. We’ve done plenty of projects on our house, and honestly, we wish every contractor worked this way. Ana was amazing — responsive, proactive, and always on top of our requests. She helped us troubleshoot with vendors right through the finish line. The financial side was equally impressive: budgets, change orders, adjustments, and expectations were always transparent and communicated clearly and on time. Hogan was a dream to work with on the production side and even helped us tackle a few other handyman projects around the house. And the crew itself was fantastic. They were respectful of our home, incredibly efficient, and somehow managed to get a tremendous amount done without disrupting our lives. We couldn’t recommend Custom One more highly. If you’re considering a project that matters to you and want to know you’ll be in good hands, hire these people. You’ll be treated like royalty. - Pam & TracyPosted on Google
Chris Sipe29 days agoWe recently completed a kitchen remodel with Custom One, and overall we're thrilled with the result. Like any project of this scope there were some bumps along the way, but the team's response to them made all the difference. Hogan, our project manager, was responsive and straightforward, and consistently went to bat for us to make sure things got done right. Our designer, Ana, brought great ideas and stayed engaged through some tricky decisions. When something didn't go as planned, this team owned it and fixed it — that kind of collaboration is what made the project a success. Highly recommend Custom One, and especially this team, to anyone considering a remodel.Posted on Google
Jason DeRusha37 days agoWE LOVE Custom One Renovation! Before and after is below - we had water damage in our original bathroom, lots of wear and tear on our cabinetry. Custom One brought a designer to the table who came up with a brilliant idea to open our space, we worked with vendors who were responsive, and the communication was fabulous. Truly a joy: a contractor who over-communicates, who fixes issues as they come up, who spots problems before I even imagined it was a problem. The attention to detail and quality here is like nothing I've ever experienced. From the initial project design, to every step of the permitting process, to absolute perfection in performance. Have you ever done a renovation and felt like it was a joy? I have!+3Posted on Google
Jennifer Davidson39 days agoChad Christensen and Custom One are the best! Chad’s communication and follow through are outstanding. My husband and I worked seamlessly with Chad for our home. I had the privilege of working with Chad again for my mother’s home. With many insurance frustrations to deal with at my mom’s property, Chad was a rock star! He was patient, detailed, an advocate, and ultimately helped us to get her claim handled. The work done by Custom One and their team on both jobs was high quality, timely, and dedicated to excellence.Posted on Google

Shirley Chapman113 days ago"Our experience working with the Custom One team was amazing! Our old kitchen was 20 years old with failing cabinets and cracked counters, so we desperately needed a change focused on function, style, and durability. They took our vision and made it a reality. Anna, our Renovation Design Specialist, was amazing—she exceeded all expectations and made us feel so comfortable with our decisions, even when we were feeling unsure. Hogan, our Project Manager, was unbelievable; his communication was top-tier, and he didn’t miss a single deadline! The new classic, social layout features a massive center island, a wine cooler, and better appliance space where our family loves to gather. Guests constantly comment that the impact is spectacular. As homeowners, we cannot recommend them enough!"Posted on Google
Mark Schonewill121 days agoRecently finished a renovation to move the laundry upstairs and add some space to our eating area. Custom One was a pleasure to work with, provided quality workmanship, and made our vision come true. Anna provided great insight and feedback during the design phase and Hogan assured the plan was implemented correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend Customer One to do your project!
