Custom One Exteriors replaced the shingles on my home recently.  They provided a fair quote and completed everything as quoted.  Chad Christensen is the employee that I worked with throughout the process and he provided EXCEPTIONAL service.  He came to my home when it was convenient for me, assessed my property, gave me a quote in a timely manner and helped me through the process in working with our insurance company.   He and his crew did a great job replacing my shingles.  The job site was completely cleaned up, they removed accessories on our roof as requested and I couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done.  I would highly recommend Chad at Custom One.

Custom One Renovations came through in a big way for us. After a major hail storm, we were unsuccessful in getting our claim taken seriously. The entire Custom One team was amazing throughout our entire exterior home improvement project. They helped us plan, select materials and upgrade the complete exterior of our house. We interviewed a handful of vendors for our roof and siding repair and Custom One Exteriors far exceeded expectations. Chad took all the guess work out of the project and supported us throughout the claims process with the insurance company. He frequently checked in on the project and answered all of our questions. The quality of the materials used was also important to us and we could not be happier with how the roof and siding turned out.
