We may be just a few weeks into a new year, but we’re already looking forward to our favorite spring event: The Parade of Homes. The wait is nearly over, and we can’t wait to share five brand-new custom homes with you!

The Fall Parade of Homes is here, and we decided to spotlight not just our models but also the neighborhoods surrounding them. After all, building a home involves more than floor plans and features, it’s about joining a community.

Today, we’re giving the scoop on Lake Elmo’s newest lifestyle community, The Royal Club! Formerly Tartan Park Golf Course, this family-focused neighborhood has a distinguished pedigree.

The front nine holes were designed by the great Annika Sorenstam, while the back nine holes are the last created by the one and only, Arnold Palmer. The neighborhood was renamed The Royal Club to honor its legendary golf history.

If golf isn’t your passion, there are plenty of other things to love about this private community. Residents can enjoy access to the remodeled, modern clubhouse and restaurant (with plans for a future pool and fitness center).

Additional overnight guest cottages are also being built for homeowners to host their family and friends with class!

The Spring Parade of Homes continues this weekend, which means it’s time to showcase more of our team’s stunning work! Located in Woodbury’s growing Twenty-One Oaks neighborhood, this family-friendly, five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is spacious but remains warm and welcoming.

Design lovers are sure to enjoy this sophisticated mix of architectural details, modern trends, and upgraded features. The center of the main level is the bright kitchen. From the massive center island to the oversized fridge to the mini butler’s pantry, it’s anything but ordinary.

While the upstairs may boast the luxurious master suite, our favorite part of this home has to be the fully outfitted lower level. Family and friends can gather in the cozy entertaining space and adjacent bar area. Or the kids can burn off some energy in the state of the art sport court while mom and dad enjoy the connected home gym.

Believe it or not, this Saturday, September 9th, is already the opening of the Fall 2017 Parade of Homes. After months of preparation and planning, we can’t wait to get things rolling and start sharing our models!

Of the three homes we’re featuring this fall, we might be most excited about this elegant Woodbury traditional. (We reserve the right to change our minds and say that about the other two homes as well!)

Classic white moulding, rustic wood, and natural textures repeat throughout the home; converging to perfection in the playful wallpaper office hidden by a sliding barn door. Our in-house team and collaborators outdid themselves with theses spectacular spaces; we cannot sing the praises of our crew, David Charlez Designs, and Design Creatif enough!

The walkout lower level was built to host with ease and features a mini bar, media room, and sport court. An urban refuge, this 1.6-acre lot rests in Woodbury’s up-and-coming Autumn Ridge neighborhood; a mere mile from top-notch East Ridge High School.

In honor of putting the finishing touches on our Parade Homes this week, we’re sharing another little glimpse of our design process! It takes a village to plan, create, build, and coordinate the coming together of these homes. We’re sincerely grateful for each and every person on our team that contributes their craftsmanship and skills to turn our clients’ dreams into reality.
