One of St. Paulâs original craft breweries, Flat Earth Brewing Company has quickly become a Minnesota icon with a variety of hand-crafted beers that use only the finest ingredients and St. Paulâs purest water. Theyâre always looking for an excuse to have a great time, and urge beer-enjoying adults to join the movement against the reign of watered-down domestics!
Angry Planet Pale Ale
This crisp, clean satisfying American ale is loaded with Cascade hops, giving it a wonderful citrus flavor and aroma to compliment the American malty sweetness.
Belgian Style Pale Ale
Brewed with Belgian malts, youâll enjoy the copper-red hue with hints of raisin, cherry and toast. The moderate yeast character marks itself with flavors of clove and spice.
Cygnus X-1 Porter
An old English porter recipe was transformed by adding rye malt. This brew floods your palate with hints of chocolate, biscuit and a touch of smoke.
Northwest Passage IPA
A perfect blend of Canadian malts and American hops, this is one of the hoppiest beers in the Midwest. It pairs well with spicy curries, sharp cheese, pho and buffalo wings.
