In 2024, Custom One Landscaping and Custom One Homes collaborated to create Modern Elegance on Woodlane, a stunning transformation of a residential property in Woodbury. The design blends contemporary style with functional elements, resulting in an outdoor retreat that captivates both day and night.
FRONT YARD ELEGANCE
A basalt column water feature, accented by Mexican pebbles and gray trap rock, offers a striking focal point, perfectly complementing the home’s vibrant façade.
BACKYARD SERENITY
The pièce de résistance, a rain wall, mimics a rain curtain, complete with illuminated scuppers framed by a trellis. This feature delights the senses, creating a soothing ambiance visible from the upper deck.
DYNAMIC PLANTINGS AND MATERIALS
Mature trees, colorful hydrangeas, Belgard pavers, and synthetic turf provide a low-maintenance yet vibrant environment, enhanced by sleek square stepping stones.

OLD-WORLD CHARM
