Custom One was amazing at helping us renovate the exterior and interior of our house, including a complete kitchen upgrade. The entire Custom One Team was extremely helpful through the design process, project management, and construction phases of the project. The materials, craftsmanship and finishes were very high quality. They communicated thoroughly every step of the way, minimized disruptions for our family and coordinated all activities. They really made the renovation worry free and were always available throughout the entire process. We are amazed at the finished product and how their extreme attention to detail made sure everything was perfect.

Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined that our dark, musty, unfinished basement could be so utterly transformed into the showcase area it is today. Our designer, Becca imagined what we could not. The design she created was absolutely beautiful. The renderings she provided helped us to also imagine what she could see and made us so excited to watch her vision come to life. Becca was so much help utilizing her expertise to suggest the perfect flooring, lighting, paint colors, carpeting, stone, and countertops for the space.

Custom One Renovations recently renovated my office space and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Becca was phenomenal to work with and helped us get the ideas from our head molded into an actual project. She was also great at explaining how the process works. Mark was our project manager and was very easy to communicate with and kept us updated during every step.

Custom One did an amazing job of helping us plan and design an exterior remodel of our home! The team was extremely responsive and communicative, both in-person and virtual, and worked iteratively to arrive at a design we were very happy with! We ultimately chose to pursue a new build rather than remodel, but we'd recommend their team to anyone looking to renovate!

We added a 3 season porch under our existing deck. It was a complicated project because the deck had to be deconstructed to add the proper waterproofing and drainage. The Custom One team developed a solution for exactly what we wanted and it turned out flawless! We used SunSpace windows (if you know, you know) which add so much light and versatility. We wanted a 'modern/rustic' look which was pulled off by the beautiful reclaimed wood ceiling and slate tile fireplace. The porch is insulated so well it's usable almost year round! The porch looks exactly like the inspiration pics that we used - including the custom built bar on the outside. Home Media Innovations helped us with a TV and speaker system which is rated for outdoor space so we never worry about it being too cold or hot for the electronics. Custom One was great to work with and a top tier choice! 10/10 highly recommend!

My interaction with Lexi Kurtz and Custom One Renovation for a potential attic renovation project was incredibly insightful. From the beginning, Lexi was not only professional and responsive but also deeply interested in understanding our vision. She conducted a thorough assessment, providing us with all the necessary data, including detailed insights into the structural considerations and complexities of our existing space. This allowed us to make an informed decision, fully understanding the scope and financial implications relative to our home's value.

We recently had our basement remodeled with Custom One Renovations and we were extremely happy with the result. They transformed a worn out and dated space into a modern bar and sports viewing utopia for entertaining family and friends. The process was seamless and smooth.

Thanks to CustomOne, my wife and I now live in the nicest home we have ever had, in particular because of our new dining room, living room, bathroom and exterior siding. We would struggle to identify all the reasons why we are so happy with the finished product. For sure, working with designer Leah was amazing because she integrated our inspirations into a design and selections that elicit "wow" from family and friends. Also for sure, the project manager Ron was amazing, always seeking to do things well and professionally with no shortcuts on quality or appearance. Renovations are difficult to live amongst, and the entire crew was always thoughtful and gracious as they recognized how disruptive a project can be to live through. Of course, we're glad that the project is now over and we are living happily and gratefully in our gorgeous new spaces, but it was kind of fun to see it take shape and to get excited when tile went in, and the new windows went in, and all the steps forward during the project. Our home is beautiful after working with Custom One! We met with several competitors before making our selection. The entire process far exceeded our expectations. From the professionalism of the first meeting with Jonathan and Reid to the completion of the project we knew we had made the right choice. Ron, the Director of Construction, was a trusted partner throughout our project. We can’t even count the number of times we said, “Ron, what would you do?”. He provided creative ideas for consideration to make our sightlines more open and to ensure symmetry (which was something I care about), he chose integrity and the right way versus the easy way, and even taped things out on floors so we could visualize them. Our home was secure during the process with many exceptional tradespeople. Everyone went above and beyond to mediate safety issues that were uncovered, integrated our sometimes-last minute requests, provided top-notch craftsmanship, and made each interaction enjoyable. The COH Renovations Team were reliable and professional. They were detailed oriented throughout the design process and entire project.
